## 3. Orders and Confirmation
Customers may place orders through our website or other official ordering channels.
Orders are subject to product availability and confirmation by Moon Fashion Store. We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases of stock shortages, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, phone numbers, and delivery addresses.
## 4. Cash on Delivery and Advance Payment
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an advance payment of **PKR 300 per order** is required for order confirmation.
Customers may order multiple products in one order, subject to availability. The advance payment is PKR 300 per order, not per product.
If a customer returns an order, the PKR 300 advance payment will not be refunded under our standard return policy, subject to applicable consumer-protection laws.
The remaining eligible amount will be refunded after the returned products have been received and the return has been approved.
## 5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are generally dispatched within 2–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 5–8 business days, depending on the destination and courier service.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Applicable delivery charges will be communicated at checkout or during order confirmation.
## 6. Returns and Refunds
Returns are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
Customers must contact us to request a return and follow the instructions provided by our support team. Products must meet the applicable return conditions.
Where a return is approved, the PKR 300 COD advance payment is non-refundable under our standard policy, subject to applicable law. The remaining eligible payment will be refunded according to the Return and Refund Policy.
Defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer-protection requirements.
## 7. Order Cancellation
Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they wish to cancel an order. Cancellation requests may be accepted before dispatch.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the return process may apply.
Any advance-payment refund will be handled according to the applicable cancellation policy and consumer-protection laws.

All original content on our website, including product photographs, logos, text, and designs, belongs to Moon Fashion Store or its respective rights holders. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
