Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout or communicated to the customer before order confirmation.

Cash on Delivery

COD orders require an advance payment of PKR 300 per order. The remaining eligible order amount is payable according to the COD instructions provided by Moon Fashion Store.

Customers may order multiple products in one order, subject to availability. The standard advance payment remains PKR 300 per order.

Delivery Information

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and an active contact number.

Additional delivery attempts, address corrections, or courier-related charges may apply depending on the courier's rules.

Delays and Undelivered Orders

Delivery may be delayed by weather, courier operations, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

If a parcel is delayed, customers can contact us for assistance. If a parcel cannot be delivered, we will coordinate with the courier and customer to determine the next steps.
